Kicking off November 14, 2009 and continuing each month through next spring, the Golden Door Spa at The Boulders Resort is offering healthy gourmet dinners prepared by the talented Boulders culinary team, chefs Michel Pieton and Greg Wiener. The Golden Door dinners will debut in November with special guest chef Dean Rucker, executive chef at the flagship Golden Door Spa in Escondido, California.
Held alfresco in the spa’s succulent organic garden, dinners start with a cocktail reception followed by a four-course organic menu paired with organic wines. The culinary journeys take place from 6 to 9 p.m. and are $55 per person including wines plus tax and gratuity, or $45 per person without wine plus tax and gratuity. In the case of rain, the dinners will take place inside the Spa Cafe. Seating is limited and reservations are required.
