Unleash your glow with this one-trick wonder. Peel and discard seeds of one papaya, cut into chunks and blend in a food processor until smooth. In the shower, use a bristle brush to lightly exfoliate. Apply body mask and leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse off and follow with a light body lotion. Shampoo hair, squeeze out extra water and apply mask from roots to ends. Cover hair with a shower cap and leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse and follow with a light conditioner.
Feet: Minty Sea Salt Scrub
Soothe tired, dry feet with a minty sea salt treat. Mix 1/4 cup olive oil with two tablespoons coarse grain sea salt crystals. Add 1 tablespoon of of chopped fresh mint. Massage onto feet and ankles. Rinse and dry feet well to remove any slippery residue.
