Defying the quick-fix diet model, the new well Weight Loss and Wellness Center in Phoenix is challenging Valley residents to kick start their health with the Biggest Winner Weight Loss Competition.
The competition kicks off this Thursday, June 9, 2011, with each participant’s first weigh-in and team assignment. From there, Wellness Consultants will coach members through healthy weight loss plans and workouts with goals based on the highest weight loss percentage for both the team and the individual.
Weigh-ins take place each Thursday, during which, one person from each team will be eliminated from the individual national grand prize opportunity but will continue to take part in the team competition. All competitors receive the benefits of being a new well member including access to their spa and tranquility room, circuit workout equipment, individual nutritional consulting and continued support.
The 7-week competition culminates with the final weigh-in on Thursday July 14, when the local and national winners will be announced.
The local grand prize winner will receive a series of 16 Synergie Body Massage treatments (valued at $899) and other fun goodies along the way.
Cost to enter varies by weight loss goals and membership plan.
