How to Enter the AZ Spa Girls New Year, Renewed You Giveaway

Create a video of 2 minutes or less telling us who your “New You” will be in 2011! Remember, humor and creativity count!
Upload your video to YouTube or the video sharing site of your choice.
Complete the Entry Form and make sure to include a link to the video.
Wait for us to select our favorite videos on Monday, January 24, 2011.
If your video is selected (we will send you an email notification) tell everyone you know to “like” your video on our blog. The video blog post with the most “Likes” by 12 p.m. on Friday, January 28, 2011 will be our winner.

*AZ Spa Girls may add videos to our Facebook page throughout the contest. Only participants notified via email and added to our blog will qualify to win. Votes are only counted if they are made on the blog post itself.

Official Campaign Rules

CONTEST PERIOD
This submission period will begin at 12 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) on January 10, 2011 and end at 12 p.m. MST January 28, 2011. Public voting will take place through 12 p.m. MST on Friday, January 28, 2011.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Guidelines are as follows:

No purchase necessary to enter.
Online Internet method of entry only.
Create a video of 2 minutes in length or less telling us who the “New You” will be in 2011.
Upload your video to a hosting/sharing site.
Complete and submit the online entry form between 12:00 a.m. (MST) on January 10, 2011 and 11:59 p.m. (MST) on January 23, 2011.
One entry per person. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
Limit of one winner per household.
All videos must be the original work of the Entrant produced for this Contest; it may not have been entered in or won previous contests or awards; it may not have been published previously in any medium.
Entry must be primarily in English.
Entry must comply with the Terms of Service of YouTube or the hosting site of your choosing.
Entry must not infringe any party’s intellectual property or other rights.
No logo other than that of AZ Spa Girls and/or the participating sponsors may appear in the video.
No company other than AZ Spa Girls and/or the participating sponsors may be referenced in the video.
Entry must be suitable for display and publication on national television (i.e., may not be obscene or indecent, including but not limited to nudity or profanity); it must not contain obscene or pornographic material, it must not contain defamatory statements (including but not limited to words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group), it must not include threats to any person, place, business, group or world peace, it must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity, and it must not in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations.
The Entry may not contain any viruses or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, date or personal information.

All Submissions will be reviewed for content before being published by AZ Spa Girls or being judged; however, such review does not relieve Entrant from responsibility for compliance with all of the Terms of Service and these Official Rules. Submissions that do not comply in all material respects with the Terms of Services or these Official Rules or that otherwise contain prohibited, or inappropriate content as determined by AZ Spa Girls, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified and will not be published by AZ Spa Girls or considered for prizes. AZ Spa Girls makes the final determination as to which Submissions are eligible to take part in this Contest and be considered for the Grand Prize.

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING
Winners will be announced on or about January 28, 2011 after totaling all “Likes” from each video under the supervision of “Arizona Spa Girls” (azspagirls.com). Limit of one winner per household. Winners will be notified via a blog post on azspagirls.com and notified by email or phone. No substitution for prize. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the winner’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name, photographs, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE
The prize includes approximately $285 beauty services from Steven Paul Salon in Scottsdale (gratuities not included), 3 months of unlimited classes from StudioMixx Sculpting System in Scottsdale, a 60-minute business brainstorm meeting with Girlfriend University in Scottsdale, a photography session with Jason Hicks Photography, a year supply of popchips and 1 NewBeauty TestTube. Winnings are subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. Prize cannot be combined with any other offers. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. A total of one (1) prize will be awarded, provided enough entries are received. The total prize value is approximately $2,200.

The contest is open to legal United States residents EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER at the time of entry. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
